Polices and Procedures 

 

No refunds

 

1. All clients must confirm their appointment at least 24 hours via my reminder. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled. 

 

2. A $25 non refundable deposit is required for all styles over $100. This deposit is applied to your service. 

 

3. Clients more than 30 mins late without calling will be cancelled and have to reschedule and possibly pay cancellation fee.

 

4. Same day cancellation will require a $50 cancellation fee/deposit or not being able to book in the future.
